Jamie Clarke is an accomplished operations and service delivery leader with over 15 years of experience in the enterprise IT and managed services sector. As Co- Founder and Operations Director at Regal Evolve, Jamie is responsible for building and optimising the delivery engines that power mission-critical services for clients
across the UK and internationally.
With a background in large-scale infrastructure programs and managed service operations, Jamie has led the creation and scaling of delivery models that combine speed, resilience, and operational excellence. He has overseen the mobilisation of global support functions, built high-performing service teams across multiple time zones, and helped structure offerings that span cloud transformation, cyber security, and AI-led change.
A core part of Jamie’s leadership lies in governance and trust, having successfully led ISO accreditation programmes including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and other security and quality standards critical to enterprise operations. His process-first approach ensures every Regal engagement is underpinned by precision, compliance and long-term scalability.
